Rilakkuma cafe

There's a character cafe at Dhoby Ghaut Xchange. So I went to the first theme which is Rilakkuma theme. The atmosphere is nice and there is a 3D television to watch the Rilakkuma 10th anniversary clips.

And this is the table mat, a laminated printed picture of the 10th anniversary Rilakkuma Wonderland:

I bought a dessert set meal, so this is the dessert. There's ice cream at the bottom, strawberry, Rilakkuma puff (there's no cream inside), chocolate sauce and pocky as the topping.

There's a raspberry snapple drinl, and a strawberry coated over a biscuit.

This is what it looks like inside the snack cup.

And it came with a free sticker! It looks so cute!

And there's a free gift. I choose number '3' I think, and I got this keychain. ^^

And these are huge. Huge plush that you can hug it as a bolster or your personal partner, but too bad that the plush can't be bought home.

Overall, the cafe is interesting as every few weeks they will change new theme. And it is quite relaxing as you can watch the 3D television while enjoying your meal in the cafe.

Omupasta

My CCA club held a cooking session called 'Omupasta/ Italianese'.

So, it's like omurice, but instead of rice they used pasta. There is 2 sauce given, tomato sauce and cream sauce. I choose cream sauce as I like cream sauce alot. As tomato sauce would taste much more nicer cause omurice used tomato sauce to cook with the rice.

And we use cucumber and ketchup as our topping. So I drew a panda face (I tried my best to draw it, but it doesn't really look like a panda).

And for the sake to make me eat vegetables (I don't really like to eat raw vegetables.) I place it as the ears. Which makes it looks like a bear. @.@

Actually, when I tasted it, it was alright. But I guess I would still prefer the cream sauce pasta without the egg wrapping around the pasta.

Crepe day for me

There's a Japan Food Fair at Singapore Expo 6B on 14 - 17 January.
I have bought vanilla and matcha crepes on 14 January from Japan Food Fair at Singapore Expo 6B.
It cost $16 per box, and $30 for 2.So I bought 2 box of crepes on that day.
I only tried vanilla crepe as I'm full during lunch. I will try the matcha on a later date as I will finish the vanilla crepe first.

This is how it looks, there's only 4 piece of crepe in a box.

Well, after taking the wrapper out, and here it is, a vanilla crepe. The cream taste creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. And the layer crepe has a slight taste of the egg and the fragrance of the original crepe. Overall it is nice and soft, and it taste heavenly when you slowly taste the crepe.

Bloopers: I tried the caramel crepe tester when I was in the Expo, the caramel crepe in the first bite is nice, slowly the flavor of the caramel started to spreads through the whole tongue. Even though it was nice, but I guess I find it a little too sweet for a crepe to me even though I like very sweet stuff. Well, caramel crepe will be a good choice for sweet eater, as I don't feel like eating sweet food these days.

Precious gift

This precious gift is from one of my Philippines friend on 27 December 2015, even I do not have much use to it but it's a memory of him. Well, I really miss my overseas friends, they make me really enjoy myself as if I'm part of their family.

But, I not sure why they kind of ignore my message these days. Probably they are busy, but I still hope that they could reply one of my message. Because I do not want to be left out by them. If I'm being left out by them, I'm just going to be very sad about it cause they bring me so much fun.

Even though a gift just from a friend from Philippines, I still make it a memory as my whole overseas friends who I met on that particular event on this prop. Cause they are as precious as this gift. Nothing can replace this prop and the memories they have made for me. And I really wish that we can be friends forever.

I hope I will get happy soon, cause I'm still feeling a little sad that my friends are still slowly drifting away from me, and I want to stop this drifting. But I don't know how to.

Gift from Sensei *^*

Today my Japanese teacher gave the whole class a Japanese Starbucks card and a rock melon flavored candy after his trip back from Hokkaido. How nice of him. >< And the design of the Starbucks card is cute too~ A polar bear and a winter back ground. =3

I will make full use of the card and maybe my upcoming Japan study trip can let me buy some food or drink using the card. And I will slowly eat the rock melon flavored candy. ^^

And I will try my best to learn Katagana at basic 1 course for Japanese language. *^* Hopefully I'm able to read Katagana and Hiragana before I take JLPT 5 and pass the exam.

I will do my best with a great teacher teaching me and my class on Sunday class. I'm blessed to get to know his learning centre, and get a best teaching. ^^
